“Horses change lives. They give our young people confidence and self-esteem. They provide peace and tranquility to troubled souls, they give us hope!”

– Toni Robinson

UPDATE as of Winter 2020 Due to COVID-19 Take Flight Farms is NOT accepting new volunteers in an effort to keep our clients and our staff safe. We continue to evaluate the situation in our area and we look forward to working with new volunteers soon.

Take Flight Farms welcomes volunteers of all ages and backgrounds, including students from local high schools and colleges. We match these individuals with positions that tailor to their personal skill sets, whether or not that includes working with horses.

All new volunteers are required to complete the volunteer forms and create a cover letter describing why you want to volunteer for Take Flight Farms. Once you have done so, please mail the forms to:

Take Flight Farms
1004 Farnam Street, Suite 400
Omaha, Nebraska 68102

If you do not have printer access and would prefer to have the forms mailed to you, please contact us.

Please call 402-930-3037 for current volunteer positions before filling out forms.

All potential volunteers for Take Flight Farms must undergo a check with the State of Nebraska Child/Adult Abuse and Neglect Registries. This ensures the utmost safety for our program participants.

NOTE: These pdf files each contain five separate pages that must be completed and MAILED to Take Flight Farms. We can only accept original copies of these forms, and not emailed or faxed versions. Please contact us with any questions.
